Need help getting adelphia powerlink to work with rt314 router.

I had adelphia @home service setup just fine, but since the switch to powerlink I haven't been able to get the router working again. I have 3 computers that I need to get hooked to the net. One is running win98, one win 2k, and my is running both. The thing is that I have no idea how to even get into my router configuration because on any of the three computers while hooked to the router if I type in http://192.168.0.1 I can't get into the setup. Any help is greatly apreciated. Thanx.
