Need help getting a cylinder lock open.

I lost my keys to my downstairs door. It has a Sargent cylinder lock on it like this one: http://www.sargentlock.com/products/cylinders/product_group.php

Any help getting it open or getting it out so i can replace it would be awesome. I don't know how i'd go about getting it out and the door has a metal frame were the deadbolt goes into.

Call a locksmith or a door installation company.

so you have access to both sides of the door? pull the pins out of the hinges

Tried that. Can't get it to budge even kicking the door from the outside.

Is it keyed on both sides? If not, just turn the knob...😉 Otherwise, call a locksmith. Should run about $25 or so for a service call, plus $2-$5 to make new keys...He can re-key the lock at the same time, so you don't have to worry about someone finding your keys, figuring out where you live, and using them.

I thought it was going to run me a lot more then that. Hmm. I'll give them a call tomorrow find out how much they charge.
