Need help from someone that owns a Dell

I need two files from Dell's support site located here

and

here

You need a "service tag" to access them

I guess that's the same as a System Serial Number..


If you can access those files, please let me know

They're firmware for a Hitachi DK23CA and DK23DA hard drives..

Yeah , 22859193 , but I dont think file transfer works behind my router on ICQ

The small buisness site doesnt force you to enter a service tag, just select a system and it will take you to the relavent page.
