Need help for print problem !!!

Hi. My printer is encountered the following problem and I have no idea how to solve it, please help

I was working on the printer Lexmark Z51 (it was working b4), and then i tried to install the Lexmark Z700, it is not allowed me to do so, and for the day onward, the printer is not working. When i tried to uninstall it and it said that the 'Lexunst1.exe is missing' and when I tried to delete it, I will get the error message like this..

"The operation cant be completed, the print spooler service is not running."

No matter how i tried, to add printer, to delete, to start the spooler service from Adminstration Tool, I still get the same message that the print spooler is not running.

I tried tore-install the printer, but the error message still saying that the print spooler service is not actived and it cant be performed.

Presuming the WinXP operating system:

Hit Start / Run / services.msc This will give you a list of the services that are installed on your system that may or may not be running and if so by what method. double-click on Print Spooler and it will give you the opportunities to set it to Automatic and then you can attempt to Start it.

Once that is running, uninstall everything about Lexmark from the Add/Remove Programs utility as well as the Printers utility. Then you can start over with a fresh install, being careful not to plug things in until you are told to do so.

I tried that part already, right click to start it, the problem is it wont even allow me to unistall the printer, and also i couldnt even find the software located in the add/romove program to uninstall it...

It is Wins XP you are right.

I found the 'uninstall' in the start/program, but then when i clicked on it, it said the "Lexunst1.exe" is missing.. so I cant uninstall it.
