Need help flashing my new x850 pro

I just bought a new ATI X850 Pro. (it's the vivo one)

I'd like to unlock the 16 pipes... but when I run ATIWinflash it says:

"cannot find discrete ATI Video Card"

my 3dmark05 is 5860 at 545 / 585

What kind of difference will it make by unlocking the other 4 pipes?
