Need help finding the title of this children's book...

I remember when my sister and I were little and our mother would take us to the library, there was this one book my sister always loved to get. It was more or less a picture book, with pictures of kittens dressed up in doll clothes posed in little scenes (I remember one especially, of a kissing booth with a sign that said "No Fish Breath"). IHer birthday is coming up here, and I think she'd love to have those books, except I'm totally lost on the titles. Has anyone seen them anywhere? I'd much appreciate help tracking them down. Many of the books I grew up with are hard to find or out of print. I learned my first letters with Hosie's Alphabet, and I haven't been able to find it.
