Check out one of these. As with all 939 gear nowadays, it's quite expensive. You would probably be better served by this:

• Asus 780L mobo, the integrated graphics might just be faster than your 6600GT. It has PCIe slots, so you can test for yourself, $65, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131619
• Athlon II X2 240, over 50% faster than your 3200+ in single-threaded apps and dual-core to boot $57 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103688
• Patriot 2GB DDR3 1333, twice the RAM as what you have now $50, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820220453

Total $172, which is about the same cost as those 939 mobos that I linked, and much faster.

You should also be able to find a used 939 mobo on ebay, but the sellers know that people are willing to pay outrageous sums of money for 939 stuff, and charge accordingly.
