need help finding cleaner

alright guys, so I picked up some parts for my next mod project, it's aluminum but it's pretty dirty and tarnished.

so do you guys know of any cleaners i can use to clean and polish it up a bit? so far, nothing i've used so far has worked.

00 steel wool, this will take water spots off windows as well without scraching.

Happich SimiChrome Poli - get it at car parts stores, particularly those that cater to imported/sports cars. Also look at Tarn-X (at Walgreen, Eckerds etc.) to see if it works on Al.

cool, tks! will go to autozone tomorrow. and tarn-x can't be used on aluminum.
