need help finding an old 'thingey'

it was an app that captured your screen and then you had the option of using a flame thrower, machine gun or grenade launcher at the image. IIRC, it was called a stress reliever or something...not sure if it was flash deal or something else...

I think remember seeing this thing around 1998 or 1999...

does this ring a bell? not sure how to google something like that...link to it would be even cooler....thanks...

Sounds like something my friend used to have. He had his wallpaper as his principal, and could shoot at it and whatnot. I wanted it, but couldn't find it.
