Need help finding an old movie

I don't have much info, hope any of you can help me.

From what I remember, it's some young guy working in a mall or clothing store at night I believe. Security guard perhaps? Anyways he works in a place where clothing is sold/manufactured. There's some female mannequins to model the clothes. One of them becomes alive during the night. She's a beautiful woman from what I remember. The guy falls in love with her. It's not horror at all. It's comedy/romance. I remember one of the scenes: some guys throw her in some trash compactor while she's in mannequin form and the guy saves her before she gets crushed.
