Need help finding an internet program

i need help finding some type of advanced music machine that'll play certain tunes that i can alter...
like where i would be able to alter the beat or tune or stuff like that
im trying to find it so that i can try and practice soloing on my guitar... with a more controlled environment

im having a hard time describing and etc. so sorry guys and plz.. no negative comments

Are you talking about something that will slow down a sample of music without altering the pitch?

I don't know of any off hand but I know they exist.. probably not free.

mm not exactly, im thinking of some type of program that contains alot of pre existing midi files that play how i want, different beats and melodies and that i can alter pitch tone and etc.
