Need help finding a wireless camera w/screen

I've been looking around the internet for a solution, but not knowing a lot about cameras I'm not finding any answers.

I need a small, light, wireless, waterproof camera that I can attach at one end of a 40' pole. On the other end of the pole I need a small, light, waterproof screen to see what's going on at the camera end.

I don't need any recording or crazy features. I think I almost need a CCTV setup, but didn't see anything to my liking. I guess something like 8MP or > would be fine, I need to be able to mount both pieces of equipment to said pole, don't need any night vision.

Do you know if it has to be a smart phone at the other end? It's going to get smashed at some point due to the usage of the pole so I was hoping to get a small LCD screen to use with a camera system.

Most of those action camera's work with a smart phone or tablet, and the Amazon Fire is tuff as nails. You can find them as low as $40 too, so it's not a major expense.

NewEgg has the HP mini cam for even less, tho you may want to consider a better camera that has image stabilization.

I didn't realize the Fire was so cheap! I'll have to see if they have water proof cases as that's what's likely to destroy it in my application.
