My mom wanted me to shop online for a stun gun. The ones that look like a gun and you shoot at people who are coming at you. I searched google, but only found tasers. Can anyone reccomend a site?

Tasers are the ones that shoot the darts with the wires attached to shock the person....stun guns are for direct contact

this place has a bunch of both:

oooh....600,000 Volts! that'll sting a little bit....

hope your mom doesn't get mad at you for not taking out the garbage or something

Are tasers only good for one shot? If so I would rather get a stun gun...

Make sure you invest in a quality product. When in college (yes i did lots of stupid things then) I had a cheap "100,000 volt" taser (I was gonna give it to my sister since she lives in downtown chicago) and I figured I'd see how it works. I could shock myself over and over again, and it would make my arm spasm, but there is no way it would have been effective against a determined attacker.

She has had good luck with pepper spray though.

A local retailer is one of the largest shippers of stun guns in the country. A very good reputation as well (as good a rep as a gun store can have ;) )

so there is a way to reuse tasers or no? do you just roll the cords back up? and how do you reset them to launch at that velocity?
i think i would rather havea stun gun because in an emergency you only have one shot with a taeser and if you miss or doe snot penetrate their clothing ur screwed lol
