ok another thing, KM Elektronik has the X1900XTX 512MB from Connect3D for ?490. The others (Powercolor, Sapphire, HIS and Club3d) all get more expensive than that up as far as ?543 for their version of the X1900XTX 512MB. Should I avoid one of these? I know Sapphire (is or used to be) a brand name, so that would explain that price, but I don't really know of the others. Is it alright just to go for the cheapest(connect3d)? They are all the retail versions.

XTX not worth the extra moolah? 🙁 Cheapest X1900XT is ?433(powercolor) compared to cheapest XTX(connect3d) ?490.

The Sapphire is fine. You dont really have to worry about lemons with ATI's cards since they are so closely tied to their AIB's. So almost any brand of ATI will be fine. And Saphhire is a very reputable brand. As is Powercolor, and Connect 3D. And no the XTX is not worth the money. The XTX's are just cherry picked GPUs. You wouldn't really consider one unless you were plannign to overclock the hell out of it using water or some other large cooling method.
