Need help finding a graphics card!

I need help finding myself a graphics card. Because i do not have the funds at the moment to build a new computer(i just got back into paintball(-$1000) and i have a 360(-$450)) so i just need a card so i can run some modern games, and aero. I need a card that will first of all run off of a 250w power supply(yea i know it sucks you dont need to tell me) and second run AGP 4x(odviously 8x will work cause of AGP's backwards support) and it needs to be compatible with windows Vista. I know this is a difficult task(atleast for me) but i will greatly appreciate it if you guys could find one for me with a decent price.

Hmmm....I don't think you would want to run Vista on a machine that's still using 4x AGP if you're expecting to have all the eye candy on and get decent performance at the same time. You might want to have a look at a 7600GS AGP though.
