Need help finding a 60mm fan under 30dBA and at least 20CFM

I had a Sunon on my Alpha now, 60mm, 34 dBA and 23.5CFM ... it is not loud but it is too loud for me ...so I got a Sanyo Denki, more quiet but still too loud !!
so I have searched and read many posts, and was advised that PAPST are very good and quiet, Panaflo are good but not enough CFM for my overclocked Ahlon, so I searched many sites .. but could not find what I want .. all I found was a Papst 8412NGML, 19 dBA, 26.5 CFM !! great but it is an 80mm, all the quiet ones are 80mm !!
Can anyone please, direct me to a place where I can get a 60mm fan !! !?
Thanks in advance

Is your Sanyo Denki this one? It meets your criteria. You might think about switching to a heatsink that takes an 80mm fan, then you would have some options: PC Power & Cooling "Silencer," Panaflo L1A, Pabst, Enermax Adjustable, Enermax Thermal (<-- my new favorite, $6 at newegg including extras). Depends on whether you think it's worth spending some more money for the combination of good cooling plus quietness, I guess.

Also keep in mind that a medium-output fan could do the trick if you modify a 3-pin-to-4-pin adapter so the fan's grounded to the +5V line, resulting in underclocking the fan from 12V down to 7V. This will cut the noise down a lot, and the airflow somewhat.

You're getting very near the end of the rope for 60mm fans. Might try one of these-

You have to compromise somewhere between noise, price and performance, particularly with Athlon systems. Just the way it is- no miracles.

Not sure you can find a 60 mm that puts out enough air and still stays below your desired volume level. You may need to get an 80->60 convertor and mount an 80mm fan on your sink.

buy a volcano2 heatsink. use the fan off of it. that is what I use on all my systems. they are quiet and do a very nice job on cooling.

can pick one up here from KDC. The ratings given are inaccurage. its closer to 28 Dbl and 28 cfm. Not bad if U ask me.

mechBgon .. heyyy yess this is exactly my fan !! I guess I need to go lower than 28dbi ...or maybe this is inacurate, because I fell it is louder than that !!
Yesterday I got back home and before turning my system on, I unplugged my fan, and monitored the temp in the BIOS, just to make sure CPU wont get too hot, and listened, the loudest thing without the fan running was the IBM hard drive, but I would consider the system very quiet that way....
Thanks everyone for the advice .. I think my only choice is to get a 60 to 80mm thingy and get a quiet PAPST fan !! at 20 and some dbi !!
Thanks everyone !!

<< or go get a AOC HSF 80MM from newegg for $8 + 6 sh >>

Hhm, the AOC D5-825 looks to be the same heatsink as the SVC GC68. Different fan, though. The D5-825 is rated @ 33dBA with a 3000rpm fan, whereas the GC68 is rated @ 28dBA with a 2500rpm fan. So I'd still go for the GC68 -- unless you already have a different fan that you want to use, in which case you could save a few bucks by buying the D5-825 from Newegg.

Heh... I'd bet that deskstar is pretty loud. I have two 75GXPs and another 7200 churning away. The 60mm panaflow H1A is only a little bit more audible than those HDs.
