Need help figuring out the name of an 80's movie.

I caught part of it on TV the other day and I want to know name of it! It looked like an early to mid eighties movie. It had Emilio Esteves in it and he was really good at playing video games. He was in an arcade and hustled a Mexican guy out of 25 bucks playing the arcade game Pleiades. Does anyone know the movie I'm talking about???
 
Yeah the Bishop of battle comes out of the game at the end and pulls a Tron on Emilio and makes him the player in the game. I saw it when it first hit HBO back in a day and thought the flick was alright at the time.
