Need help fast. Places in LA to buy anime VCD.

I need to know where I can buy anime VCD (mandarin or japanese with sub) in LA.
I am only gonna be here until tomorrow (saturday) afternoon.
Hopefully this post will come up ok since I am postin this with my Visor.
I am especially looking for Crayon Sinchan TV series VCD.

any specific stores?
I have tried some of the stores at the Ranch 99 complex (del mar & valley).
none of them have any.
I am not too familiar with places here in LA, so I need some direction too.
