I skipped out of work and now need to say i was in an accident. i just need something to say that i have a mild concussion and need to stay home for a few days. Please..anything will help

dr's note for work? that's the craziest thing i've ever heard.

i just call in and leave a VM for my boss "i'm sick. i'm not coming in today. if it's pig flu, i'll see you next week."
 
In high school I volunteered at a hospital and they had pads of doctor's notes in the wide open. I took a pad home one day and scanned it in. I planned to sell it off to people who wanted to make fake doctor notes. I don't think I really carried it out. I don't even know where that pad went...
