Need help desparately!

Just changed the CPU fan for my new computer and then turned it on

and it seems to turn on, but after a beep sound, it shuts down by itself. Anyone has this kind of trouble before?

Mobo: MSI 6380 E
(not overclocked)

CPU: AMD XP 2000+
