Need help deciding which P4 mobo to buy

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a P4 motherboard which will be used for gaming, specifically Everquest. Here are the criteria I'm looking at. Please feel free to suggest where my criteria may be wrong.

1. P4 cpu socket 478
2. Prefer Intel chipset
3. At least 3 DDR memory slots, would like to buy a mobo that supports the latest DDR technology
4. use existing ATX case with a 400w Power supply
5. will most likely be using a Geforce 4 4400 video card.
6. Really don't have a need for RAID or Dual CPU support. (would like to keep the cost down)
7. USB 2.0 support
8. If you see anything important that I might have missed please let me know.

Simple Asus P4266 is a great board runs about $150.00. Also Abit TH7II is a good choice.

I recommend the MSI 845 Ultra ARU. $124 at NewEgg

Thanks for the input guys. I've heard a lot of good things about the Asus p4b266. Do you know what the different models of that particular board are? i.e. sound on board.
