Need help deciding on settings....(overclock)

I have a quick question for all the overclockers out there. I finally got my 9NDA3+ working with SATA ports 1 + 2. For those of you that don't know, those ports are blocked by most AGP card heatskins. After much frustration, I made my own SATA cables by cutting open the boots of several SATA cables and bending them so that they basically form a right angle. They need virtually no verticle clearance above the SATA port. Read about my troubles here.....

Anyway, now that the SATA drives are "locked" I started oc, and here is my delima. My RAM is not the best. It can do Cas 2.5 or 3.0, but not 2.0. Here are the 2 stable setups my system can run.

FSB 250
Multiplier 9
HTT 4x
Total CPU clock 2.25 ghz
Case 2.5 (3-3-8) with memory divider @ 166/200 (memory runs at 207)

Benchmarks Sandra
CPU 10304 3702/4747
Memory 6056/6013

FSB 260
Multiplier 9
HTT 3x
Total CPU clock 2.34 ghz
Case 3.0 (3-3-8) with NO memory divider (memory runs at 260)

Benchmarks Sandra
CPU 10644 3838/4911
Memory 6809/6751

The latter has better benches but is cas 3.0. Would you still go with that one? Thanks.
