Need Help - Cox Cable - SB4200 and 2 routers - No Go

Network guru's - please help:

Cox Cable in CT
Motorola SB4200 cable Modem
D-Link and or Airlink wireless router

Both wired and wireless connection is lost withing 1 hour of installation - 2 new routers right out of the box. Initially connect OK. One hour later - gone.

Sounds like a cable modem problem to me.

BTW - The SB4200 with a single computer connection with no router has been working fine for 2 years.

Any ideas???

Lou

They might need to clear your ARP, if you ahve the Cable modem directly connected to the PC. Just call them and tell them you added a new router to your LAN, and they'll clear it up for you, eventually...
