Yeah, your PSU sounds like a qaulity one, with a lot of the power on the 12v rails ( 336 out of 350w is pretty good ) So either go with a 9600gso or HD4670, I'm 100% sure they'll run fine, especially the HD4670. 9500gt is just complety suckage.

Actually, since the 6800 was a 256 Bit High End (lower part of High End, admittedly) card, and an 8600 is merely a 128 Bit medium card, the 6800 is STILL FASTER doing some things, while the worst it does compared to that card is half as fast. There's only a two generation spread, and the 7600 GT made the largest leap, while the 8600 GT was just barely any faster than the 7600 GT.
