Need help, comp keeps on crashing

Hi guys my computer crashes ever few hours with an error "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" what does this mean, I am running win XP pro and it gives me the blue screen, I have no clue what to do. I have tried everything, changed all possible bios settings closed programs that were running, nothing still does it.

its a p3 850@1000 with 512mb ram geforce2 ti and IBM deskstar 45gig drive on an asus cusl2 board
All newest drivers and board has newest bios. Please let me know whats going on, thank you soo much for any help
 
Sorry, but this is the wrong forum for this type of request. Try Troubleshooting or OS's.

As for your problem, check for conflicting IRQ.
