Wow you guys are awesome! We are really enjoying your replies thus far!

jpeyton, to keep startup costs minimal, we're not having a storefront right away. That's something far down the road and we have two other businesses that'd be interested in having a 'section' of the building/room of a stripmall or something to help load off the costs. Their businesses are related, but are in a different market aspect.

We have *A LOT* planned for this business and we think we have enough investors and funds input to get ourselves going in the short run.

I think this one is in the lead, but with a minor change because the .com and actual name is taken.

Keep 'em coming!

Orange Inc......

"orange you glad you called us"

Seriously, colors prevent peopel from instantly typecasting the technician that walks in the door.

If the clientele is just ordinary non-computer-savvy people, then this is a good name. You want something that sounds accessible and friendly, not something that makes you sound like you're unapproachable, arrogant, and expensive.

Just to give you guys more ideas, this area is also often referred to as the "FM Area" or Fargo-Moorhead. The cluster of residents in this general area are seperated by the Red River, west being Fargo and the East being Moorhead, Minnesota.

FM Tech Solutions was a name I was thinking, but it sounds so generic. The nice thing about using FM in the name is that it keeps it local and tells customers that we're a locally-owned business, which can help some.

FM ***something*** Guys kinda sounds neat...think of something that fits! We've been trying and trying to find a good name for a long while now, but we think we've milked our brains already for our marketing plans and advertisement solutions. Also, using FM in the title makes getting a domain nice and easy! :D

BTW, what is this a parody of?

Not sure...if you're possibly implying that we may not have a business plan, we do. :p We've done a lot of research over the past year or so and have analyzed a lot of tactics, marketing plans and possibilities, and business organization abilities.

One of your tactics is to assume that 35 positive Heat references insures the success of your business?
How old are you guys? Are you related to Bill Gates?

you're not helpful and you're not funny... so just go away
