Need help cleaning cpu.

Basically I want to know what is the best and most efficient way to clean the cpu without bending any pins. I do not know if this is the right forum for this type of inquiry. I figure since it is CPU related might as well start here. If it matters it is an Athlon XP 1600+. Thanks for any help.
 
I'd spray it with carb cleaner and after it dries use isopropyl alcohol to clean up the remaining residue.

By the way, there really isn't a need to be using dielectric grease on your processor pins...😉
