you should check out the hot deals forum... theyve had some pretty good deals on RAM lately. I would go with the 1GB if i were you. 🙂
 
Reseller ratings gives the company a great standing. The price on the A64 is on par with Newegg. As for the memory, the OCZ has faster timings, as for overclocking, I can't be sure on their respective over clocking abilities. General Hardware's a better place to ask on this, though.
