Need Help Choosing Video Card for HTPC

I'm looking for a video card for my computer that will be connected to my HDTV. My current video card is actually onboard and only has a vga connector (Nvidia 6150).
I won't be playing any games on this computer. It will be used mostly for playing movies, internet, music (Windows Media Center).
It also has to be Low-Profile card.

An ATI Radeon HD 3450 would be good.

I believe most of the low end nvidia 8000 series don't support full hardware acceleration. So the Asus 3450 at newegg for $25 after rebate would be a great choice. If you want more power, you could try the $30 after rebate 2600xt at buy.com. Also, nvidia tends to have more drive issues with tvs.
