Im building a new system so far this is what i got:

AMD X2 3800+
eVGA 7800GT witht he evga motherboard....Got the deal ; )
maxtor 250GB 16mb cache Hard drive

Im looking for good Ram. I plan on overclocking but im not gonna overclock much.
Pretty much keep at stock voltages and make sure running cool. So as far as ram goes
am i gonna see any difference between value ran and some Titainum Ultra Terminator Omega type ram or is that ram only if im gonna overclock mildly. I plan on getting a 1Gb stick and then later grabbing another but i figure 1GB is more then enough for a month or two.
Also what PSU to go with a tsunami case. I havent gotten the case so thats also up for suggestions

Fortron 450W for $49.99 for that system

more than enough

stick with value ram, you can raise their speeds up as well but not as high as the more expensive ones. you can get away with your ram being slower on the A64 platform. if you're going to get 2gb ram, try not spending more than $220 since decent ram can be had for around $200.

Yep. Go for the lowest timings (usually 2-2-2-X), 2GB, and $200. Just remember '2' and you'll be set.
