Need help choosing memory

I'm planning on getting new memory for my system and I wanted to know if anyone had some good advice for me. I'm running A64 3000+ on epox 8kda3j board.
Right now i'm debating between three choices of memory.

Kingston HyperX 512MB PC3200 2-3-2-6 on outpost.com (heard bad things) supposedly model khx3200a/512 $80

PQI Turbo series 2x512 PC3200 2.5-3-3-6 on newegg.com PQI3200-1024SB $140

PQI Turbo Series 1gb PC3200 3-4-4-8 on newegg.com PQI3200-1024SB $140

I wasn't sure how much of a difference the timings would make and whether there was some other benefit of having a single 1gb stick or other little details like that.
I was also wondering if I should just forget about these completely and go for the new PQI Turbo pc3200 sticks with the samsung tccd chips. Do these newer chips provide enough of a performance boost?

I'm trying to get the best for the money basically without spending more than like 150 bucks.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

how's that better than any of the ones i already have posted?

supposedly the kingston one might be bh5 chips too though it's a gamble..

the price is the same as the corsair value select memory, so why not get the more expensive chips that are on sale?
