Need help choosing a value video card

I'm replacing my relic of a pc (400 mhz AMD KX-2) and getting a new machine - most likely running an AMD 3700+ with 1 Gb Ram. It has an open PCI-e slot and I'd like to get your advice on what card to get from a value standpoint. I'm hoping to spend 100-150. While not primarily a gaming rig, I could see myself playing Call of Duty 2 and similar games. Recommendations?

6600 256 MB for $102
6600GT 128 MB for $109
6800 128 MB for $150
6800 256 MB for $190
6800GS 256 MB for $204

It is hard to beat a 6600GT for $109.
