Hi friends I'm attempting to build my first PC for gaming. I've only owned and gamed on laptops up to now so I'm new to the desktop arena. That being said, I will mostly be playing Warhammer Online with some friends and of course some other games out there if they peak my interest. Here's my proposed build:

22" Asus 1680x1050
E8500
P5Q Pro
4GB Ram
HD 4850
WD 640GB 7200 HDD
Antec Earthwatts 500W PSU
(yada, yada, yada)

Earthwatts seems to be a good, solid PSU. My question is... will this PSU support me adding another GPU to Crossfire down the road? To elaborate further, does it have the appropriate cables for two GPUs? And will it put out enough power to support this build with an additional GPU in the future?

Right now on newegg this PSU is $50 after rebate and just seems like a great deal. I'm on a budget and naturally would like to save some money if I can so if you have other options out there, please keep that in mind.

Many thanks for your suggestions!

I think it does have 2 pci-e 6pin connectors, but if it has the juice to comfortably run 2 HD4850's ? Not sure, maybe upgrade to a corsair 650tx to be sure ? Check buy.com for good deals ...

It has a total of 34A combined on the +12V rails; not enough for two HD 4850s. Look at the Corsair 550VX as a better choice for Crossfire.
