Need help choosing a motherboard

Thanks again Zebo. This 2-2-2 is something i'm going to have to learn. I don't have much knowledge with OCing yet but I want to learn. I've OCed my P4 2.53 to a 2.85 but thats about it. I just kept increasing the FSB till it wouldn't boot or the CPU got to hot. But memory, deviders, voltage is something i'm not famiular with. And I don't dare touch my new GPU once I get it installed. Learned my lesson on that one.

I'll be putting in my order for the ABIT AN8-ULTRA and the CPU next week. I have the week after that off so I'll have plenty of time to work on it. Thanks again for all the help and I'll be PMing you once I get everything.
 
I just came across this motherboard MSI K8N Neo4/SLI

I don't have any use for SLI at the moment but if buy the MSI I can get a 3200+ for $170. Well just wondering about this board or should I stick with the Abit?
