I have a friend that is running Windows ME. His daughter installed a game that changed the resolution to 640x480 or something larger. He can not change it back because everything is off the screen. The display properties box is in a place where you can not reach the settings. I was trying to help him troubleshoot it on the phone but it is hard because I am not looking at it. What does he need to do to be able to change the resolution back? Thanks!

Just bring up the display properties, go to the settings tab, and slide the resolution slider to the appropriate location. Then press enter. This should hopefully activate the "Ok" button sight unseen.

If you can't even see the "Screen area" slider, then just press tab once, and the right arrow a couple of times before pressing enter. HTH.
