Need help! case getting to hot

The inside of my case is just getting to hot. The fan system I have in place just doesn't seem to be cutting the mustard here. So can you guys help me figure out the optimal fan settings for maximum cooling. Also I have a huge dust problem.

So I have an antec case. Right now it is all 80mm fans with no space to put 120s in. I have two 80mm in the back blowing air out, two 80mm in the front bringing air in and one 80mm on the side blowing air in. Plus a 120 in the psu to pull air out.

How can I reconfigure this for better air flow to cool my system better. Or is it even possible.

i suggest you consult the sticky on wire managment.

Im guessing it looks likea rats nest inside.

Also name/specs of your fans. And a picture of the inside would be nice. It doesnt need to be super clear, but a showing of how its configured inside.

You can cut 2, 1" holes behind the mobo for wire management. Any power cords you dont use , tuck them under the side panel with electrical tape. You may need to mod the case itself.

I did a little bit of reading and I am wondering if I have a bad pressure system in my case.
with 3 fans (1 being a 120 pulling out on the psu) and 3 80s pushing in I am curious if I am creating a bad system inside my case.

My initial thought was try disconnecting one of the back 80s so I would have 1 80 and 1 120 pulling out and 3 80s pulling in.
The other thing I have found so far is that I pulled off the front dust filter. This immediately lowered my temps a couple of degrees. But now I have no dust filter.

I have a modular psu, so no extra psu cables and all are sleeved. I have only 1 pata cable and one fdd cable. No other cables are present.

80s are all a antec brand that came with the tower. I don't know the specs.

The PSU fan barely keeps the PSU itself cool - it doesn't contribute much to overall system cooling at all. for overall system cooling the exhaust fans are most important.

intels own mobo monitor. I am concerned because it starts out idling at 36. Then as the weeks progress it idles higher and higher.. until it is idling at 44-46. My video card started idling at 59. Now it is idling at 62 and earlier with the dust grill on the front was idling at 65.

I had unhooked my side fan due to dust build up thinking that was the problem. But it doesn't seem to be.

When was this rig put together? How long has it been since thermal material has been applied? Do you have a model # of the case maybe?

brand new mobo and proc. less than 3 months old. However, heat has been a problem in this case since i owned it. Antec 1080 server tower.
My old athlon idled at 53-55 and ran at 62-65 load. so this proc is way cooler, but the heat is still causing me issue.

Okay I am messing with my fan configs a bit. What i have found is that my intel mobo controls two fan headers and runs them 1000rpm less than full. I was running both my back fans off those. So what I have done now, is I have one rear fan on that system, the side fan on that system so those two are running 1000rpm less. My two front fans are running full boar, and one of my rear fans is connected to the aux header running at full. So it is possible I was not expelling enough heat. I guess I will see.

Also.. on this antec there is a removable front grillish type thing. This is for dust blockage. But it covers with dust really fast. I also read that these simply impede airflow into the case which is worse. Any thoughts on this?

Hey.. my new fan config dropped my video card temp down to 55 idle which is 4-7 degrees less than it was before. Plus my proc is now idling at 37-38 instead of in the 40s.
