Driver IRQ should not apear before the installation process since it's really a driver thing.
Try reformatting and reinstalling again?
 
Yup, sure am. Also just swapped the video card to the other slot, no difference there either. The voltages are the stock ones. I didn't change any of that, figured it wasn't a good time to be worrying with OCing and what not before I can even get it to install windows. Heres what its reading:

Core is: 1.38
LDT Bus: 1.20
Chipset: 1.51
DRAM: 2.64

 
set your vid to 1.35 and special 110% (should give you about 1.45 read in bios) and dram to 2.8

 
I just reflashed and its going further then it has been. So I guess the reflash has cured it. Shoulda just done that to start with. I appreciate everyones help alot. Has been quite the learning experience 😛
 
no problem. its an awesome board. i was glad i had no issues starting up aside from some momentary quirkiness as it figured out my dvi. and my old hynix ram oc'd poorly but since then its been great.

spending some time at dfi.street is a good thing too. lots of good stuff there.
