Need Help - Board refuses to post at > 1.65 Core

Hi - I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

I recently bought an NF7-S 2.0 from newegg.. and I am using a 2600+ mobile in it. I can overclock it fine to 200*12, using 2x256 Kingston HyperX Ram in dual mode @1.625 V core.

When I try to bump the multiplier to 12.5, I get unstable errors while trying to get into windows, so I figure I have to bump the Vcore to 1.65 or higher. However, when I do this, my system refuses to post. I thought perhaps it was my power supply (a generic compUSA 400W) so I tested it by dropping the multiplier down to 8, and still it would not post (at >1.65V Vcore). This tells me its not a power issue.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.
