NEED HELP, black screen as I OC an Duron 750! What is safe Duron temp? What ought to be limit on voltage on CPU and I/O?

I want to oc a duron 750 and doing it by upping the FSB to 133mhz.
The Bios agrees but Win98SE won't start. It reverts to safetycopy, i.e like it was as I fresh installed it but with all the extras non-working.

What do I need to consider with the equip I've got? Could the Graphics card have any saying? Is there a way to determine the AGP bus speed with my motherboard?

Any valuable insights?

Afraid I can't help you, but I would be interested in seeing the answer. I just ALMOST ordered an MSI K7T Turbo and 750 Duron to attempt the same thing. I only stopped because I fely guilty spending ~$200 without telling the wife first.
