Need Help ASAP!

snapshot

So I haven't used my system for Java since last semster and I need to get a project done tonight and I can't get eclipse to run right, the snapshot says it all.
I have tried the Fedora Eclipse and I downloaded the tar from eclipse.org and eclipse doesn't work right in both.
Something is missing and I don't know what.
I have reinstalled the jre-1_5_0_06-linux-i586 and still no go.

You sure you're using the sun jdk and not gcj? And jre-1...? Shouldn't it be jdk-1...? Maybe take a peak at your plugins directory and make sure everything looks kosher there.

In the event that you can't get eclipse to run, you could still do it like a man and compile by hand

Well I will have to look at it after I am done with the project I can't waste more time than I already did, I have had to use my old machine which has eclipse running fine on it, once I am done I will go back and see what's the issue in reality.
