Need Help: Annihilator Pro Geforce OR GeForce 2MX (games+DVD)?

I need help! I am trying to decide whether I should go with the Creative Annihilator Pro Geforce DDR or a cheapo GeForce 2 MX. I have a K6-2 500 and need to replace aging TNT.
They both cost about the same, which one to buy especially keeping DVD playback in mind.

get the mx you probably wont be able to get the ddr to work in your AGP slot it draws too much power.
