You should spend less on the CPU (i3-3220 or i5-4570) and HDD (a Seagate Barracuda or WD Blue is enough) and spend more on the graphics card. You should be able to get a 7970 or 670 with that kind budget.

Can you give me a link to a site you'll be buying from?

Don't know anything about overclocking, would prefer to shop from there but if there is somewhere cheaper ok, they will be putting it altogether for me

Putting things together isn't that hard you know. Like big Lego pieces!

I'd say that if they're charging more than $100, you're probably better off learning how to do it yourself.

Why go 3570 if its not a k version? You can save by getting a even lower model non overclockable i5.

It doesn't save much in New Zealand to lower than a 3570K, or the drop in clock speed is too high (down to 2.9 or 3.0) to be worth the 30 NZD.
