Well, I ordered this new psu and I got concerns about it.. I ordered one 7800gtx and a dfi SLI-DR mobo in case I will go SLI now it isn't sli ready which worries me... now I saw that the shop i ordered it from got the 520w sli creadu but it's not in stock yet and I should get my parts in couple of days... and I really don't wanna wait any longer.. now the real question is will i have any problems running a SLI setup with the 520w not SLI Ready or should i wait till the sli ready arrives? what do u think guys? the none sli ready comes with only one pci express connector therefore if i will go sli i will have to buy an adapter? tell me what do do guys it's very urgent thank u :/

EDIT: The adapter lowers the graphic cards performance?

SLI certified only means that it comes with 3 PCI-e connectors. The certified is the same PSU, they just added an extra connector so you would have to buy an adapter.

IOW, you will be fine.

if it's more than $5 more expensive, stick with your current PSU. the adaptor shouldn't make u change ur mind that much

It's perfectly fine... SLI certification requires dual +12V rails I think (which is a BAD thing). Single +12V > dual +12Vs. That 520W monser will be able to power just about anything. It's a waste of money, considering there are quality PSU's out there that can do the job for less money, but it's powerful nonetheless.

SLI-ready means nothing. The actual power of the PSU is more important, and that 520W Powerstream is definitely more than powerful enough.
