Sorry dude, but get more money is the only thing I can recommend. There is no way you are getting a decent mobo/cpu + RAM for that much.

Like dpod said, that money is better saved than spent considering what you need. Maybe another ~$120 will nail you a nice Propus/mobo combo + 4GB DDR3

Yeah, while you can certainly buy something for $100, you can't buy anything worthwhile for gaming for that amount.

That still isn't going to be a great platform for gaming, and I think you're better of saving your money. Plus; aren't you still missing RAM?

I've got the ram already. Isn't this a big upgrade from the system I am replacing? My current rig was:

a64 3800+
dfi lanparty
2 gb pc3200
9800 gtx

okay... I'm gonna repeat what has already been said... put down the money... save an extra $150, and you'll have a decent amount to spend on what you need. Right now you have about enough to buy an ultra low end pos build that will run games on low for about six months. I hate to be the bad guy here, but I do what is necessary... Sorry dude...

If you live near a MicroCenter then grab the first combo I linked if you must upgrade now.
