Need HD 2600XT Cooler before it gets even hotter!

I just checked RivaTuner,my HD 2600XT is idling @ around 80C,and i have yet to check it when playing games,but i'm willing to bet that its near the point of being too hot,here's what i need:

- Something thats quiet,yet very effective.
- Compatible with not only my HD 2600XT,but also with a 8800GS/9600GT or HD 3800 card for a future upgrade,also,one thats compatible with the 8600GT too would be nice.
- Something that isn't very expensive (No more than $40 if even that)

Arctic cooling Accelero S1 rev. 2. Works with all those cards you've listed, it's cheap and you can also use it passive. It looks like the ideal cooler IMO. 😉

Try Thermaltake DuOrb, it fits all the cards you've listed i think and it's not so expensive.

Very strange, my 2600XT rarely gets hotter than 53C, and just maybe 65C while heavy gaming with pretty much factory clocking. This is a Sapphire with stock fan. Even with a bad Gigabyte passive cooled unit, I never got it above 65C. (Unless overclocking the living hell out of it)
