Need Harwood Floor cleaner.

Since it's a laminate, mix up a little cleaner with warm water that doesn't require you to go back and rinse it. Maybe, a light ammonia or even Pine-Sol as suggested. However, I think Pine-Sol might have to be rinsed off.

Murphy' oil soap. Never heard of it but I think I remember hearing not to use any kind of deterengent type cleaners because they could leave a film/residue. WOnder if this would be similar.
Have you used it on laminate floors before?

johngute- That sounds like what I need. Have you used it before?

Just remember you dont want to actually mop the floor with too much liquid. it craps up laminate flooring. I use a damp dust mop (rung out) and spray it with some fantastic and clean it that way.. Seems to do the job

I just use that $15 Clorox cleaning system that you can find in any grocery store. Comes with the mop and pads and cleaning fluid. I have laminate hardwood too. Works just fine.

We have the one made by swiffer that is basically the same thing. It seems to be OK but the floor just doesn't shine as much as it did when we moved in less than 11 months ago.
