I am looking to do a serious upgrade to my computer. Please let me know if there are known issues with any compatability with any of these things.
This is what I am purchasing:

AMDK7-800
Abit KA7
Sparkle power 350 watt
256Meg of Micron PC133 mem
3DFX/STB Voodoo5 5500
This is what I have already that will be added with the above:
Maxtor 20.4Gig ATA/66
Diamond Monster MX300
3Com 10/100 PCI(for cable modem)
Netgear 10/100 ISA (for home network)
Memorex CRW-1622
Memorex CD-482E

What I am basically asking, is there known issues with Abit MB's and anything I am going to put on it that will cause problems. I was going to get an Epox 7KXA MB, but seen there was an issue with A3D sound cards and the epox.

Thanks so much in advance

You really ought to think twice about getting that CPU and mobo. It will work OK, and would have been a good choice 6 months ago. But now the new Athlon Thunderbird in Socket A format is out and is a much better performer than the old Athlons. You can't put the new Socket A Athlon in a Slot A KX133 board like the KA7, so you would be buying an outt of date system out of the box.

Get a new Athlon (or a Duron, if that's better for your budget, and maybe replace it later with a new Athlon - they're interchangeable) and a Socket A mobo for it. You might have to wait for these boards to hit the market, since they're just starting to arrive.

Also, read AnandTech's monthly Buyer's Guide's for tips.
