The server has no monitor/keyboard/mouse and sometimes I'll need to screw with it, what's the best way to do this over a 100base network? TightVNC just does not cut it. Maybe I'm just used to VNC w/ linux or something :)

Any recommended programs? Maybe Terminal services or something?

Netmeeting or VNC... ORL makes a version of the VNC server for Windows. One good thing about Netmeeting is that you can "encrypt" the transmissions if you want. It's a checkbox when you start the meeting, I think.

Since Terminal Services is built in and works pretty good, why not try that out first. I use it all the time and it works great.

I think I'll mess w/ TS (hopefully it'll turn out better than my dive into active directory though!)

Terminal Services is actually fairly easy to setup. Once you get it installed, it'll be evident what to do next. Good luck!
