need good reliable ram

Not sure how useful my advice will be then, I have no interest in overclocking so buy stock parts which fall within everyones spec. My RAM is Corsair XMS3 1333 @ 1.5v which is bang on spec. It's debatable if Sandy supports 1.65v as some Intel documents say it does, some say 1.5 only. Officially it only supports 1333 RAM as well.

I would stick with Corsair XMS or better, vengence or dominator. Suppose the point of OC is to push speed and voltage and the risks of instability come along with that.

Theres a much bigger premium on 8GB sticks and so it will cost you MUCH more (and much more than $50) for 32GB. I'd pick up 4x4 GB DDR3 1600MHz and 1.5v for SB

run it stock if you're not adventurous.
It should run 1.5v 8-8-8 without any worry, may run CAS 7, but you would want to do additional validation for that, and that may be a bit adventurous for someone not experienced with that kind of thing. Very little reason to get any other memory right now.

8 GB is about what you'll get for $50 right now, and it's probably the right size for what you're doing... with some additional headroom even.

You're wasting your money if you go over 8GB. Heck, for your intended use, you're only going to see marginal returns on your investment going over 4GB.

For a computer for MMOs/LoL I'd prioritize components as follows: i5-2500K (or equivalent Ivy bridge) > 8 GB > Graphic Card > SSD. Meaning, once you hit the spec in the list above, spend the budget making sure you hit the spec in the next level. For graphics cards/SSDs, you'll probably see way more return on your investment spending a lot there vs spending a lot on tons of RAM.

32GB is way too much unless you are doing something specialized. And it starts at 230$ on newegg.
Get either 4GB (minimum!) or 8GB.
