Cover 4-6 chicken breasts with 1 large jar of saurkraut and 1-2 bottles of good 1000 Island dressing. Cook for about an hour or so. The vinegar breaks the chicken down and makes it so tender you don't need a knife to cut it, and the sweet/sour taste is awesome! Give it a try before going "ewww...gross!"

it does sound disgusting. but sounds like something to try heh. we go through a lot of saurkraut.

best odd thing is saukrout and canadian bacon pizza. hmmm

Health-conscious consumers have long steered clear of the fat and cholesterol in fried chicken. But grilled chicken may be even worse. Cancer-causing chemicals called heterocyclic amines (HCAs) have been found in chicken, and the very highest concentrations occur when it is grilled.

Or the alternative, grill them in cancer causing chemically coated non-stick pans on the stove.

Grill the chicken as normal. When it's close ot being done, grill some bacon as well. When the bacon is nice and cripsy, move the bacon onto the chicken and top with cheese. Cook another minute or two until the cheese melts. Put it on a bun with some BBQ sauce and enjoy.

That sounds like one of the worst things you could ever do to some poor, innocent chicken breasts.
Of course, I don't like sauerkraut or Thousand Island :p
